We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.
Paragon-Conventions will not be able to guarantee rooms after August 15, 2008. Hotel
reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied. Each
participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.
The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. 

PAYMENT
Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by Paragon-Conventions is payable (less one
night deposit) at the latest 21 days prior to your arrival in Jamaica.

Paragon-Conventions accepts Travelers’ cheques (in the currency of the issuing country),
Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

Please note, three weeks prior to the congress, your credit card will be automatically
charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.
 
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms cancelled prior to 15 days before arrival: full refund, less bank charges.
Rooms cancelled between 14-8 days prior to arrival: one-night cancellation charge.
Rooms cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: no refund.
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Paragon Conventions
(either by fax or e-mail).
In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will
be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your
reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be
made.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Paragon-Conventions, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from
all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person,
or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services
