Full prepayment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Diners) is mandatory if you register on-line. Each participant will receive a confirmation.

Accommodation Reservation Form

To book accommodation by fax or mail please download the Accommodation Form 

Rooms cancelled prior to 15 days before arrival: full refund, less bank charges.
Rooms cancelled between 14-7 days prior to arrival: one-night cancellation charge.
Rooms cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival: no refund.

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Paragon Conventions (either by fax or e-mail).

In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
