Set in the heart of Budapest, on the banks of the Danube, the InterContinental Budapest offers breathtaking views the Royal Castle. The hotel is 24 km from Ferihegy International Airport and 0.5 km from the Nyugati railway stations. It features 398 rooms including 18 suites, rooms for persons with limited mobility, 202 non smoking rooms, Executive Floor, Executive suites, Fitness center, Spa Facilities, Hotel shops, Wifi, Business Centre, Ballroom and other Conference rooms.
Language The official language of the Conference is English.  Registration & Hospitality DesksThe registration and hospitality desks will operate throughout the meeting at the conference venue at the following hours: Thursday, February 7th 15:00-18:30 Friday, February 8th 07:00-18:00 Saturday, February 9th 08:00-17:00 Sunday, February 10th 08:00-12:30 Meeting Kit and Name badge Upon registration, you will receive your personal kit containing the final program and abstracts, vouchers and personal name badge. You are requested to wear you name badge to all meeting functions and throughout sessions and have your invitation ready when participating in social events. Exhibition A commercial and professional exhibition will take pale during the meeting, parallel to the meeting hours. Attendance Certificate Certificate of attendance can be obtained at the registration desk, upon request. CME Credits
CME accreditation has been approved by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).

Visitors from within the European Union can enter the country with a valid Identity Card. All visitors from outside the EU must have a valid passport when they arrive at Hungary.
Without a Visa you are allowed to stay in the country 90 days.  Letter of Invitation
The organizers are pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any pre-registered and paid participant requesting one. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the Meeting to provide any financial support.
Insurance
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the converence.
It is recommended to acquire an insurance policy in order to protect your luggage and to cover any accident or health issues. Airport The Hungarian international airport, Ferihegy 1 + 2, has three terminals. Flights from foreign airlines generally arrive and depart from Ferihegy 2B. MALÉV flights arrive and depart from Ferihegy 2A. Low cost airlines arrive and depart from Ferihegy 1. Taxi Services  Most of the taxi companies charge lower rates when reserving the trip in advance than by hailing a taxi in the street. The taxi called by phone, depending time of the day and traffic, will arrive within 5-15 minutes. That means the fare from / to the airport is 4.200 HUF (approx. 19 Euro). Banks and Currency Exchange
The official currency in Hungary is Hungarian Forint (HUF).

Banks operating hours are Monday to Thursday usually between 08:00-15:00. On Fridays the operating hours are between 08:00-13:00. It is highly recommended to change money at the bank or exchange offices, which are open around the day, and NOT by Interchange services. Most shops and restaurants accept credit cards (VISA, EC/MC, AMEX, and Diners Club). Bankomats (ATMs) are available at the streets, shopping centres and offices. Tips Tips are usually not included in the bill. However, it is suggested to add 10-20% to the sum. Electricity
