Rates quoted are per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes.
Rates are in Euro.
Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out is required before 12:00 noon.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Paragon-Conventions will not be able to guarantee rooms after February 25, 2008. Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. 

PAYMENT
Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by Paragon-Conventions is payable (less deposit € 150) at the latest 21 days prior to your arrival in Berlin.
Paragon-Conventions accepts Travelers’ cheques (in the currency of the issuing country) Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.
Please note, two weeks prior to the congress, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.
The charge will be made in US Dollars according to the currency on the actual day of the transaction . 

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Paragon Conventions (either by fax or e-mail).
Until 30 days prior to arrival- Full refund less handling fee of Euro 25.
From 29-14 days prior to arrival- 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellation received less than 13 days prior to arrival- no refunds. In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Paragon-Conventions, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
