Driving Directions to IC Berlin
1. Choose highway A10 and get to A115 (direction Berlin-Zehlendorf, Berlin Zentrum).
2. At highway intersection Funkturm/Messedamm Nord change from A115 to A100 (direction Hamburg /Stadtring Nord).
3. Take highway exit Spandauer Damm. Turn right at the traffic lights.
4. Continue straight ahead until you come to the large roundabout, ‘Ernst Reuter Platz’.
5. Enter to the right and leave the roundabout at the second exit
(Hardenbergstrasse), continue straight ahead, pass under the
railway bridge at Bahnhof Zoo and continue straight
ahead (Memorial Church, is to your right) until the first intersection.
Turn left into the Budapester Strasse.
You will see the InterContinental Berlin on your left.after approx. 600m

Banking & Exchange

The German monetary system is the Euro. Foreign currency may be changed at banks during normal banking hours, at hotels, at airports and in exchange offices. All major credit cards are acceptable in most hotels, restaurants and shops.


Visas

All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
For more information please contact your nearest German Embassy, Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. Itis the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

 

Insurance
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the congress.

Letter of invitation
Alternatively, upon request, the Meeting Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate. This invitation is meant only to help visitors raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Applications for invitation letters must be received at least 30 days prior to the Meeting.
