How We Work

Our job is to ensure that all aspects of your congress are orchestrated to your utmost satisfaction – and to the highest satisfaction of the congress attendees as well.

 

For this reason, we manage each and every project with a core team of seasoned professionals.

 
All projects are led by a Project Manager, who is in constant and direct contact with the parent association, the local committees and the congress participants. The Project Manager’s role is to coordinate all the relevant services that make a congress great: both within our company’s various in-house services as well all external and local providers.
