Every project is under the direct responsibility of a Project Manager – a highly qualified congress director with the knowledge and skills to coordinate, plan and manage a successful congress.
The Project Manager oversees Paragon’s complete team of experienced professionals, covering the diverse areas of congress organization.
The Project Manager has the ultimate responsibility for all issues related to the congress, including coordination among the association’s planning committee, Paragon team members, and third-party contributors and suppliers.
